At Rods & Brawds Fishing Apparel, each product is made especially for you after you place an order. We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment company, to print, pack, and ship all items.

Because items are custom-made, shipping timelines differ from traditional retail stores. Visit printful.com and review their shipping policy for a more detailed description. 

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are printed on demand.
This means your order goes into production after checkout.

  • Fulfillment time: Typically 2–7 business days

  • Fulfillment includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment times may be longer

Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped immediately.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

  • Canada: 2–6 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Product type and quantity

  • Shipping destination

  • Fulfillment location

Because Printful fulfills items from different locations, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply

  • These fees are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by recipient

You may be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • Include photos of damaged items and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • High order volumes during holidays

Rods & Brawds is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped, but we will assist where possible.
