Refund Policy

Rods and Brawds uses Printful inc. to ship and create our product line. return policy includes the following key points but ultimately Rods and Brawds adhere to their policies and do not offer any refund or return.  Since Printful creates products on demand, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

• • Timeframe: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

  • Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

    ​

  • Sealed Goods & Swimwear: Printful does not accept returns of swimwear or sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for addressing issues before returning products, and Printful does not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
