At Rods & Brawds Fishing Apparel, all products are made to order through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, our refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

All Sales Are Final (Print-on-Demand)

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selection
Color or style preference
Ordering the wrong item
Minor variations in print placement or color

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing an order, It is always best to size up.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged
There is a printing error
You receive the wrong item

How to Report an Issue

Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

Once verified, we will work with Printful to issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit:

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
We will investigate with the carrier and Printful

Approved lost orders may be replaced or refunded.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal of delivery

Refunds are not guaranteed.
Reshipping costs may apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time depends on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item qualifies due to damage or defect, a replacement will be issued instead.

Sale Items & Promotions

Discounted or promotional items follow the same refund rules as regular items.
