  • All items are made to order once a purchase is placed.

  • Products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • Because items are custom-made, they cannot be resold or restocked.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs fees unless explicitly noted.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by Printful and third-party carriers.

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and method selected

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

Because products are custom-made:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes

  • Refunds or replacements may be issued for:

    • Damaged products

    • Printing errors

    • Incorrect items received

To report an issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
